PAYMENT SHIPPING TERMS
- Order must be accompanied with a 50% deposit at time of order .
- Balance of 50% payment must be paid in full before shipping .
- Shipping costs are not included in product price. Shipping must be paid by the client .
SHIPPING METHODS
- The client can provide us the shipping service and send us the shipping information.
- We can arrange shipping to the client through our logistics company and the cost will be quoted separately.
SAMPLE SHIPPING
- Samples are available on request.
- We can ship samples internationally.
- Sample shipping cost is charged to the client.
- The shipping cost of the sample may change according to the destination and the courier service.
SHIPPING TIMING
- Normal production lead time is 15-25 business days (order quantity and customization requirements may vary).
- Shipping time depends on the destination and shipping method. An estimated delivery time will be given upon confirmation of the order.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
- We recommend that shipping insurance be taken out by clients on large orders to cover against loss or damage during transportation.
- When clients provide their own shipping service, they should take care of insurance.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
- All customs duties, import taxes and related charges paid by the buyer.
- We will provide the necessary documents such as commercial invoice and packing list for customs clearance .
NOTES
- We will keep our clients updated with the latest shipment information.
Shipping dates are estimated and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, shipping carrier issues or force majeure events.
